Abstract submission

Abstract submission is open from January 10 through March 31, 2024. Please prepare your abstracts by following the guidelines below. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via foram-spring24SpamProtectionuni-koeln.de. We look forward to your contributions!

Guidelines for abstract submission

  • First authors are allowed to submit at maximum one abstract for an oral session and one abstract for a poster session, i.e. at maximum two abstracts in total.
  • Please prepare your abstract with Microsoft Word (docx) according to the abstract template. You can download the template here. Make sure you replace the dummy text in the template with your own text in all sections
  • Please indicate the targeted session (S1-6) and preferred presentation format (oral/poster, on-site/online) at the top of your abstract.
  • The main body of your abstract should not exceed 2000 characters.
  • Please save your file by applying the following file name structure: Session_First author_format preference.docx. For example: S1_Nubbel_oral_on-site.docx.
  • For submission, upload your abstract here. Use drag & drop into the large box on your screen.

Responsibilities

  • If you have submitted your abstract to the wrong session or indicated the wrong presentation format, please inform us as soon as possible. We will then apply the necessary corrections.
  • By submitting an abstract we assume that you will actually present it at the meeting. If this will not possible, please inform us as soon as possible.
