Oral presentations

Oral presentations should be prepared either as a Powerpoint (.pptx) or PDF file. 12 minutes (including discussion) will be allocated to each oral presentation.

On-site: Please send us your presentation the latest on the day before (i.e., May 21 or May 22, depending on your session) via email to foram-spring24uni-koeln.de or (if your file has a large size) via WeTransfer. Please name your file using the following format: Session_Name. Your file will not be shared before or after the conference. All files will be deleted after the conference.

Online: You will share your presentation via Zoom.

 

Poster presentations

On-site and online posters should be prepared in A0 format (84,1 x 118,9 cm / 33,1 x 46,8 inch). Other formats are also possible with the following maximum dimensions:120 x 160 cm / 47,24 x 62,99 inch.
Posters will be on display on May 22 & May 23.
